سياسة الخصوصية
خصوصيتك جزء من تصميم رشد، مش بند في آخر الصفحة. الصفحة دي بتقولك بالظبط إيه اللي بنخزنه، وإيه اللي بيحصل لرسايلك، وإزاي تمسح كل حاجة.
١ · اللي بنخزنه عندنا
- حسابك: اسمك (أو اسم مستعار)، وبريدك الإلكتروني لو ربطت حساب أبل أو جوجل — الربط اختياري.
- دفترك المالي: أهدافك، القيود اللي سجلتها (مبالغ وأنواع الأصول)، أقساطك، خططك، وأحكام «الحارس» الليلية — دي أساس الخدمة نفسها.
- تفضيلاتك: إعدادات الإشعارات والقفشات، ورمز جهازك لإرسال التنبيهات.
- عدّاد استخدام يومي لكل باقة — أرقام فقط، من غير محتوى.
- أحداث استخدام تقنية: إشارات مجهولة المحتوى زي «فتح التطبيق» و«زيارة شاشة الأهداف» ومدّتها — من غير أي نص حر ومن غير محتوى محادثات — عشان نفهم إيه اللي بيتستخدم ونحسّن التطبيق. بتتمسح تلقائياً بعد ٩٠ يوم.
٢ · اللي مش بنخزنه
محادثاتك مع المستشار بتتخزن على جهازك انت بس. إحنا مش بنحفظ نص المحادثات على سيرفراتنا. لو مسحت التطبيق، المحادثات بتروح معاه.
٣ · الذكاء الاصطناعي — إيه اللي بيشوف رسالتك؟
عشان المستشار يرد، رسالتك بتتبعت وقت السؤال لمزوّد ذكاء اصطناعي موثوق (سيرفراته في أوروبا) يقراها ويرد — من غير ما تتباع، ومن غير ما تستخدم في إعلانات، ومن غير ما تدخل في تدريب نماذج. لو خرجت من التطبيق والرد لسه بيتكتب، الرد بيتحفظ مؤقتاً لدقايق لحد ما يوصلك وبعدها بيتمسح.
٤ · الصوت
لو استخدمت المايك أو القراءة الصوتية، المقطع الصوتي بيتبعت لمزوّد صوت متخصص للمعالجة وقتها بس — التسجيل مش بيتخزن عندنا.
٥ · الإشعارات
بنستخدم رمز جهازك عشان الحارس يطمنك والقفشة توصلك. عمرنا ما بنحط مبالغ مالية في أي إشعار — شاشة القفل مش مكان لأرقام فلوسك.
٦ · التقارير
أي تقرير PDF بيتولّد ليك بيتمسح من سيرفراتنا خلال ٢٤ ساعة — خزّن اللي يهمك على جهازك.
٧ · الأمان
الاتصال كله مشفّر، وبياناتك مخزنة مشفّرة مع نسخ احتياطية منتظمة. مفتاح دخولك محفوظ في Keychain على جهازك، وقفل التطبيق (بصمة/رمز) بيتم محلياً.
٨ · الحذف
تقدر تمسح حسابك وكل بياناتك من داخل التطبيق (الإعدادات ← مسح الحساب)، أو تراسلنا على privacy@vionex.digital وهنمسحها.
٩ · اللي إحنا مش بنعمله أبداً
- مش بنبيع بياناتك لأي حد.
- مفيش إعلانات مبنية على بياناتك.
- مش بنشارك دفترك المالي مع جهات تسويق.
١٠ · التغييرات
لو السياسة اتغيرت بشكل جوهري هنبلغك داخل التطبيق قبل السريان. الشروط دي خاضعة لقوانين جمهورية مصر العربية.
Privacy Policy
Your privacy is part of Roshd's design, not a clause at the bottom of a page. This page tells you exactly what we store, what happens to your messages, and how to erase everything.
1 · What we store
- Your account: your name (or a nickname), and your email if you link an Apple or Google account — linking is optional.
- Your financial ledger: your goals, the entries you record (amounts and asset types), your installments, your plans, and the Guardian's nightly verdicts — this is the substance of the service itself.
- Your preferences: notification and nudge settings, and your device token for delivering alerts.
- A daily usage counter per tier — numbers only, never content.
- Technical usage events: content-free signals such as "app opened" or "goals screen visited" and for how long — never free text, never chat content — so we can understand what gets used and improve the app. Deleted automatically after 90 days.
2 · What we do not store
Your conversations with the advisor are stored on your device only. We do not keep chat text on our servers. Delete the app and the conversations go with it.
3 · AI — who sees your message?
For the advisor to answer, your message is sent at question time to a trusted AI provider (servers in Europe) to read and reply — never sold, never used for advertising, never used to train models. If you leave the app while a reply is still being written, the reply is held temporarily for a few minutes until it reaches you, then deleted.
4 · Voice
If you use the microphone or read-aloud, the audio clip is sent to a specialized speech provider for processing at that moment only — recordings are not stored with us.
5 · Notifications
We use your device token so the Guardian can reach you and the daily nudge can arrive. We never put money amounts in any notification — a lock screen is no place for your figures.
6 · Reports
Any PDF report generated for you is wiped from our servers within 24 hours — save what matters to your device.
7 · Security
All traffic is encrypted, and your data is stored encrypted with regular backups. Your access key lives in the Keychain on your device, and the app lock (Face ID / PIN) happens locally.
8 · Deletion
You can delete your account and all your data from inside the app (Settings → Delete account), or email privacy@vionex.digital and we will erase it.
9 · What we never do
- We never sell your data to anyone.
- No advertising is built on your data.
- We never share your financial ledger with marketers.
10 · Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will tell you inside the app before it takes effect. This policy is governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
