باستخدامك تطبيق رشد فأنت موافق على الشروط دي. اقراها — قصيرة ومكتوبة عشان تتفهم، مش عشان تتلف حواليك.
١ · إيه هو رشد
رشد أداة حسابات واستشارة معلوماتية لمساعدتك في قرارات التوفير والاستثمار: بيحلل أرقامك، بيبني خطط، وبيتابع أهدافك. رشد مش شركة استثمار مرخّصة، ومش وسيط مالي، وعمره ما بيلمس فلوسك — كل التنفيذ بيحصل برّه التطبيق وبقرارك انت.
٢ · القرار قرارك
كل الأرقام والخطط والتوقعات تقديرات مبنية على بيانات تاريخية ونماذج إحصائية — مش وعد ولا ضمان بعائد. الأسواق بتتحرك، والقرار الأخير ومسؤوليته ليك دايماً. لو محتاج مشورة مرخّصة، استشير مستشار مالي مرخّص.
٣ · الحلال
محرك رشد مصمم يقترح أدوات متوافقة مع الشريعة كمبدأ تصميم. ده التزام منهجي مش فتوى شرعية — لو عايز حكم شرعي قاطع، ارجع لأهل الاختصاص.
٤ · حسابك وباقتك
- انت مسؤول عن سرية جهازك ورمز قفلك.
- الباقات بتحدد حدود الاستخدام اليومي ومزايا زي الصوت والحارس. أي تغيير في الأسعار أو الحدود هنبلغك بيه قبلها.
- فترات التجربة المجانية بتكون معلنة بوضوح داخل التطبيق.
٥ · الاستخدام المقبول
- ممنوع محاولة اختراق الخدمة أو استخراج بياناتها أو هندستها عكسياً.
- ممنوع الاستخدام الآلي المكثف (سكرابينج/سبام) أو إعادة بيع الخدمة.
- ممنوع استخدام التطبيق في أي نشاط غير قانوني.
٦ · الملكية
التطبيق وتصميمه ومحركه وعلامة «رشد» ملك Vionex Digital Solutions. بياناتك المالية ملكك انت — وتقدر تاخدها وتمسحها في أي وقت.
٧ · حدود المسؤولية
بنقدم الخدمة بأعلى جودة نقدر عليها، لكن «كما هي» من غير ضمانات ضمنية. مسؤوليتنا القانونية — في أي حالة — محدودة بقيمة اشتراكك في آخر ٣ شهور، ولا نتحمل مسؤولية خسائر ناتجة عن قرارات استثمارية اتخذتها.
٨ · الإنهاء
تقدر تقفل حسابك في أي وقت. ولنا الحق نوقف حساب بيخالف الشروط دي بعد إخطار.
٩ · القانون
الشروط دي خاضعة لقوانين جمهورية مصر العربية.

By using Roshd you agree to these terms. Read them — they are short and written to be understood, not to wrap around you.
1 · What Roshd is
Roshd is a computation and informational-advice tool for saving and investment decisions: it analyzes your numbers, builds plans, and follows your goals. Roshd is not a licensed investment firm, not a broker, and it never touches your money — every execution happens outside the app, by your own decision.
2 · The decision is yours
All figures, plans, and projections are estimates built on historical data and statistical models — not a promise or guarantee of return. Markets move, and the final decision and its responsibility are always yours. If you need licensed advice, consult a licensed financial advisor.
3 · Halal
Roshd's engine is designed to suggest sharia-compliant instruments as a design principle. This is a methodological commitment, not a religious ruling — for a definitive ruling, consult qualified scholars.
4 · Your account and tier
- You are responsible for the confidentiality of your device and lock code.
- Tiers set daily usage limits and features such as voice and the Guardian. Any change to prices or limits will be announced in advance.
- Free trial periods are clearly announced inside the app.
5 · Acceptable use
- No attempts to breach the service, extract its data, or reverse-engineer it.
- No intensive automated use (scraping/spam) and no resale of the service.
- No use of the app for any unlawful activity.
6 · Ownership
The app, its design, its engine, and the Roshd mark belong to Vionex Digital Solutions. Your financial data is yours — you can export it and delete it at any time.
7 · Limitation of liability
We provide the service at the highest quality we can, but "as is" without implied warranties. Our total legal liability — in any case — is capped at the value of your subscription over the last 3 months, and we bear no responsibility for losses resulting from investment decisions you made.
8 · Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend an account that violates these terms after notice.
9 · Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
