The Vionex name, the VX mark, the website design, source code, content, and underlying models (including but not limited to vioBERT and Hakeem-7B) are the property of Vionex Digital Solutions or its licensors. Except for the limited rights to view and use the website as intended, no rights are granted.
You retain all rights to data and content you submit through our products or enterprise deployments. We process it under our Privacy Policy and any applicable Data Processing Agreement. We do not use customer data to train general-purpose models without explicit written authorisation.
The marketing website is free to access. Paid products and services are billed under the terms of your signed agreement. Invoices are payable within 30 days unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur interest at the maximum rate permitted by applicable law.
The website and any free demos are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Paid product warranties, if any, are stated in the applicable signed agreement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vionex will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the website. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from the marketing website is limited to USD 100.
Liability under a paid agreement is governed by that agreement.
You agree to indemnify and hold Vionex harmless from any claim arising from your breach of these terms or your unlawful use of the website.
These terms apply for as long as you access the website. We may suspend or terminate access at any time, with or without notice, for breach of these terms or for any conduct that we reasonably believe may harm Vionex or third parties. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (IP, liability, indemnity, governing law) survive.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively by the competent courts of Cairo, Egypt. For enterprise agreements, the governing law and venue stated in the signed agreement control.
We may revise these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a new "Effective" date. Your continued use of the website after the update constitutes acceptance.
