Egyptian Ministry of Health: patient feedback and hospital KPIs across 40+ facilities in Dakahlia
For the Egyptian Ministry of Health in Dakahlia Governorate, we built three connected systems across more than 40 government health facilities: Sotakseha (sotakseha.com), where patients rate the hospital or health administration that served them; a KPI system through which every hospital reports its performance; and one dashboard where health leaders read both.

What we built
Sotakseha (صوتك صحة), patient feedback
At sotakseha.com, patients rate the hospital or health administration that served them on service quality and staff treatment, and score from 0 to 10 how likely they are to recommend it. It takes three to five minutes on any phone, in Arabic, and responses are kept confidential.
Hospital KPI system
Every hospital signs in to its own account and reports 22 indicators in six categories: clinical outcomes, patient safety, operational efficiency, health sustainability, digital transformation and patient satisfaction.
Ministry dashboard
One dashboard on centralized data infrastructure: patient-satisfaction results and the critical reviews that need follow-up, next to each hospital’s KPI performance, reported the same way for every facility.
